These terms cover your use of Point to Stitch, a needlepoint design app and canvas print studio operated by Hannah Morphis in Tennessee, USA. By creating an account you agree to them.
Point to Stitch lets you design needlepoint canvases, export charts and thread keys, and print designs at true size — either onto paper or, with care, directly onto needlepoint canvas.
You need an account to use the app. Keep your email access secure, since anyone who can read your email can request a sign-in link. Accounts are for one person; please don't share credentials.
If Point to Stitch isn't what you hoped, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. No explanation needed, though we'd love to hear what went wrong.
After 14 days we'll still listen — if you were charged twice or something broke on our end, we'll make it right.
Canvas printing — custom one-offs, wholesale runs, and event printing — is quoted and confirmed by email, and each quote carries its terms: proofs, turnaround, and reprint policy. Approved proofs are final; print defects are reprinted free within 14 days; custom work is not returnable. You confirm you hold the rights to any artwork you submit, and we never resell or reprint your work.
Everything you make in Point to Stitch is yours. Your designs, your charts, your canvases. You may stitch them, print them, give them away, or sell what you stitch. We claim no ownership over your work.
You give us only the narrow permission needed to run the service: to store your designs and photographs and show them back to you on your devices. We don't use your work for anything else.
You are responsible for having the right to use what you put into the app. Please don't upload photographs of copyrighted canvases or patterns in order to reproduce someone else's design. Designing from your own artwork, photographs you took, or work in the public domain is exactly what this is for.
We may remove content and close accounts where there is a credible claim of infringement.
Printing accuracy depends on your printer, not on us. The app produces geometry at true size, but every printer scales, feeds and registers a little differently. Always print the check bar and measure it before committing a canvas.
Printing onto needlepoint canvas is done at your own risk. It can jam a printer, and inks vary in how they survive blocking and washing. Test on a scrap before you commit a piece you care about. We aren't responsible for damaged canvas, damaged printers, or wasted thread.
We aim to keep the app running and your work safe, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. We rely on other providers for hosting, storage and email, and they occasionally have bad days. Keep your own copies of designs that matter to you — exporting a PDF is a good habit.
Don't try to break the app, get at other people's accounts, resell access, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
You can close your account whenever you like, and we'll delete your projects with it. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Some places don't allow that limit, in which case it doesn't apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
