Approve the proof, then it prints. Nothing goes on canvas until you've approved a digital proof. Ships in 5–7 business days from approval.
THE CANVAS
Zweigart Mono Deluxe, 13 or 18 mesh, printed to the measured pitch of the actual piece — not the number on the label — so the grid sits on the holes edge to edge. Every piece comes with 2″ blank margins on all four sides unless you ask for something else.
BRINGING A CHART
Send the PDF exactly as your charting app exported it — the gridded symbol chart with its thread key, like the page below. Stitchly exports import automatically, several pages and all; charts from other apps, I'll confirm the file reads when I quote — before you've paid anything. What no importer can read: screenshots, photos, or scans of a chart. Every order starts as a Point to Stitch file or a chart PDF.
PROOFS & TIMING
Want to hold a stitched-ready sample first? Add an optional $15 physical proof — it credits toward your first order of that design. Need a single piece fast, 48-hour rush is +$15. Print defects reprinted free within 14 days.
